Our Training Approach

Our training programs combine practical theatre skills with deep engagement in social justice and community transformation. We emphasize the development of facilitators who can work effectively in diverse community contexts while maintaining an anti-oppressive framework. This involves centering an ethical stance for justice doing that involves decentering oneself ( see Vikki Reynolds)
